My journey into the birth world started 20 years ago when I attended a close friend’s birth of her daughter.  It was amazing, and I was hooked. From that moment I knew that my purpose in life was birth,   my heart continues to be touched by the joy of birth. There is no greater gift then to take part in such a beautiful experience and develop lifelong friendships. I believe that the client is in charge of their own birth and that is why I Believe in Birth Your Way.

Student Midwife

After I accidentally became a birth assistant, I was hooked and knew that being a midwife was something I needed to do. When women are given the opportunity to trust their body and learn to listen to its signals, they are capable of doing amazing things. Birth is beautiful and moving, and I am honored that I get to be a part of such an important event. To me, midwifery is more than a job… it’s a calling and it chose me.

I believe that every aspect of a persons, body, mind and spirit can benefit from massage.  My desire is to treat everyone according to their specific needs by utilizing various type of massage techniques.  I am committed to assisting the mother in the birth process, with relaxation and support throughout her pregnancy and birth.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Yucaipa, California. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to support the treatment of relational issues, anxiety, depression, illness adjustment, grief, loss, and perinatal mental health. Our world has gotten very fast the last several generations and with that comes unique challenges many of us do not feel we can dedicate the time to address, so we begin to suffer in silence, and/or maybe ignore there is a problem all together. In my core I believe that all people can grow and heal, we all need a support system, especially if one is not built into our lives from early on. Sometimes we need a little bit of help to get through traumas of our past or what we are currently enduring.
